This web site is operated by KNOTS12 Holding PLC (Knots12). All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.

We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT for EU customers. Customers from rest of the world are not subject to VAT.

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import duties on arrival. These are levied by country’s customs department and are paid by customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.

 The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery.

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted.

 In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.

We may cancel any contract made under these terms and conditions immediately, by giving you written notice of termination, if:

 (a) you fail to pay, on time and in full, any amount due to us under the contract; or

 (b) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;

 (c) we identify a pricing or description error on the product;

 (d) you commit any breach of the terms of the contract.

We may cancel a contract to supply a product or products made under these terms and conditions by written notice to you if we are prevented from fulfilling that contract by any event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any unavailability of raw materials, components or products, or any power failure, industrial dispute affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fire, flood, disaster, riot, terrorist attack or war.

Shipping time means time parcel reaches the country of order shipping destination. During national holidays, weekend the speed of your local post can be lower. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Orders will normally be dispatched within two to three working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. Normal postal lead times are: Europe destinations 3-7 days, Russia and all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, if applicable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

 Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note: goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Some post services can occur slow due to weekends or public holidays, so please allow some extra days for item reaching us. We will inform you that we have received the item by email provided.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@knots12.com for specific instructions. When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.

All Knots12 products are manufactured to the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund or exchange the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.

Items on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.

In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war.

Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.

Knots12 offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. All orders are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to acceptance and availability.

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
